I've heard that Dorman makes a CPI to MPFI conversion kit i've seen it but its only for the newer CPI engines not the older 2 pin external pig-tail connector
how many pins are on the newer spider assembly isn't it like 5 or 6 or is it still only 2 i have the older (side draft) style intake

The MPFI upgrade is only for 96+ engines. Not sure how many pins the connector has but the 96+ unit is much bigger then a 92-95 cpi and would probably not fit in the cpi's intake manifold.
