Window motor - how tough to change?

1999 Isuzu Rodeo LS - My passenger side front window got stuck for a while this morning, but then went up. It still works, and I'm not sure whether the motor's the culprit.

I did notice that the window seems to tilt forward slightly when lowered, which gets corrected on the way up when the rear corner hits the top of the frame.

Any experience with this? Is it a possibility that the track's getting worn out, causing the tilt, which may bind the window going up?

Any experience with changing the motor out? I've done them in the past on American made cars and know that it can be a real bear in some designs.

Any info appreciated. So far it stuck only once, but...

Thanks,
Mark
