Unhappy 95 sebring timing belt snapped

I was stopped at a light and the car just died out on me so i lifted the hood and seen the timing belt was broke its a 2 liter 4 cylinder 2 door coupe...what do i do beside replace the timing belt?..i heard that the valve maybe have messed up the motor if so does that mean the car isnt any good? i need any help i can get asap its my only need of transportion
