1999 Yukon Fuel Pump???

Several years ago I had trouble with my 1999 Yukon starting. Very intermitant. Once had it towed and it started once we got to the garage. I believe this forum led me to the Fuel Pump Relay. I bought a new one and when it happened again replaced it and it worked. Both Relays work. It has been maybe two years and now it is happening again. When I replace the relay and blow air down were the contacts for the relay are, nothing happens. Wait 30 minutes or more and it will start right up. Car has been sitting for several hours prior to the more recent episodes of not starting. I am confused agian. Could it be the fuel pump? Any information would be helpful.

Yukon has 65,000 miles/ Thanks---

Check the fuel pressure during the event, only way to tell, need 60-65 psi.

i would check the fuel pressure as said above, it sounds like your fuel pump is over heating and cutting out, i had a truck do similar things and that what it was
