Brand new 08, bad clutch?

We just bought a 2008 vette coupe on 8-26-08. The car was at our dealerships sister lot and an employee had to drive car 22 miles for us to pick it up. We are having issues with the clutch now, when we are in first gear and entering our garage or in line at a fast food line (creeping along), the car shakes violently. Is this normal in a new clutch? Is it possible the employee that drove it may have "had some fun" and damaged it by not following the proper break in proceedure???? Please help!!!

I would call the dealership and ask if its still covered under warranty? You need to get the problem repaired. Ask them to drive it and tell you what is wrong? Try for free repairs as it shouldn't be going bad this fast unless it was really pushed.
