Where is my cabin air filter???

Ok I give up I have searched the forums and cannot find the location of the cabin filter or if I even have one! It is a 1997 JGC limited.

Chrysler doesn't install it at the factory for some reason, it's a Mopar dealer part.
It installs under the exterior cowling - the plastic cover right under the windshield - and covers the fresh air intake. If I recall it's around $40.00 bucks, instructions included. It will keep the condenser clean and help prevent odors.
