anybody use cal tracs on 68-74 nova?

Nope, but one of my customers recently installed the system on his '69 Firebird. Gained .2 seconds off his 60'. Went from around 1.8 to 1.6, all other components in the suspension are stock. He had "slappers" on it before that (when the 1.8s happened). A true "street car", he likes the Caltracs better for normal driving, and it hooks better. He runs DOT "Drag radials". Car has run a best of 11.40 @ 124 (through the pipes, street "legal"). Figure it's a 575-600 HP Pontiac, LOTS of torque.
