The brakes are soft pedal or spongy pedal. I replaced the brakes pump and bleeded the brakes system.

do you mean master cylinder??did you bleed m/c before you installed it??

I'll refer to the old computer adage "garbage in, garbage out". We here in this forum rely on the descriptions and background that you give us to help you solve your problem. Half a sentence doesn't give us much to go on...hence the short answers.

What's the mileage? What maintenance have (or haven't) you done that might have caused this? When do you notice the problem?

If indeed you replaced the master cylinder, it should have been filled and bled prior to reconnecting the brake lines. Not doing so pushes the air into the lines, forcing you to bleed each wheel...start at the furthest wheel and finish with the closest to the MC.
