problems with my 93 honda civic lxkmerc 08-20-2008, 09:51 AM i have a 1993 honda civic lx and when i make left or right turn i hear a knocking noise from the right tire , but i dont know if its the tire, wheel bearing, axle or suspension. what do you think it might be? I would take it in. A few things it could be... BEARINGS, BALL JOINTS... improperly tightened lug nut(s) But for sure get it checked out, anything with front end suspension / steering, you should be very pro-active with. No need to have a front tire fall off when turning...
