My '98 gtp power rear window mirror it has a line in it like you are looking thru
tinted window that's half pealed off from the inside. I hope that makes sence

If this is the inside mirror you will need to replace it with a new one. This happens as these mirrors age. Had to replace the one on my 97 GTP for the same reason.
