Isuzu guidlines for engine replacement

Hello all,

just like everyone else my 02 burns tons of oil. On a good note mine is still under warranty. What guidline does Isuzu use to justify replacing or not replacing a motor under warranty? also if anyone knoes the specs for minimum compression numbers. I hate this truck but given the trade value is zero i'm kind of stuck with it. If I have to keep it I'm going to make them fix everything I can under warranty. The front end seems a little sloppy now too. can anyone shed some light on what the first items to go bad in the front end would be.

Thanks
