ODB2 question
Hi
Who can tell me if he gets +12V beetween
- [Pin 16] and [pins 4]
or beetween
- [Pin 16] and [pins 5]
I own a '00 Suburban 5.3 and I get 0 volts.
Is it normal ?

Is the key on? Try going from 16 to a known good ground (battery negative post) The fuse for the DLC may be blown. Seems like I see that now and then on GM's.
