What part of fuse panel has no power?
All or part of it?
Check the fuse for power in and out.
Like Both sides of it.
Check main power feeds from battery to fues panel.

Re: 94 k3500 no brake lights!!

The stop light fuse is feed from a fuse link.
Is any other fuses feeds or anything else dead?
Remove and turn over fuse box and trace the power feed back and check the fuse feed on under side of the fuse box.
Good luck
