What do you mean -- get the pin on the pulley into the bracket?-- certainly you know to mount all pulleys and idlers- then simply put a wrench on the springl oaded tensioner to pull it back and very simply and easily slip on the belt on the last pulley--best and fastest belt system known to man!!
I had an engineer once at work try to mount the tensioner with belt over it- and then try to start the bolt and rotate it into the pin hole-- what an idiot he was-
