Replaced fuel pump in 2001 stratus. Car starts but runs very rough and dies if allowed to drop below 2000 rpm. Please advise.

My 98 Stratus did this when oil had leaked into the spark plugs. I had to get some gaskets replaced and new plugs and wires and it back to good.
