Haynes or Autozone?

I was just wondering which guide is more accurate...
I noticed that quite often, the Haynes repair manual and the autozone repair guides have some pretty big differences when it comes to proper torque application...

There's even a difference for the spark plug gapping....(haynes says 0.050 while autozone says 0.032 if I remember properly)

Does anybody know which one is more accurate??

Re: Haynes or Autozone?

I personally like chilton's manuals the best, but I think I would rely on the haynes more than autozone.
