Ferryman

I've just recently bought a 82 4WD wagon with the EA81 engine. What I'd like to know is what are the Tappet/Valve clearences?

I've got a couple that are rattly and perhaps some that are tight. I'd like to sort them out as they seem easy enough to get to before I tuck into the rust.

Ferryman, how difficult is it to adjust the valves, I'm an amature. FF
