00 Z24 keeps stalling once warm!!

Well, I'm driving to work the other day and going down the highway it dies on me. So I pull over and it wont start back up. I wait about 5 minutes, it starts up, makes it about a mile and dies again. So I had my boss come pick me up. When we went to go pick up the car it started and ran fine until it got up to normal operating temperature. About 5-10min once it reaches temp it dies. It only does it when I'm driving never at idle. If I put it in drive and hold the brake and hold the throttle down it does the same as if I was driving. No codes have popped up yet.

This is on a 2000 Z24 Convertible with 2.4L. I already changed the coil packs and controller, and the fuel filter.

Anyone have any ideas??!!

I'd look into the fuel too. Man I hate fuel. I'd run on farts if that tech was available. At least I know I can stand it, haha

Anyway, fuel might not be making it through the injection system properly, so testing pressure and looking at pump, filter, injectors, lines, is always a good place to look. (Try some simple high-end injector cleaner for shits and giggles.)

Make sure your battery cables aren't corroded, that can always be a culprit when it's hot. My aunt's cavi had that happen to her.

And then if all else fails, take a look at the coolant temp. sensor or the IAT (Intake Air Temperature Sensor). These two beauties can cause a week long headache before the PCM realizes that they're bad.

Hope any of this helps.

Jakegday's right though -just because a part is new doesn't mean it's good. Can't tell you how many times I'd buy new rejects and would have to return it.

I rarely ever see "quality" in a part anymore. It's all about "quantity".
