fuel to throttle body but no fuel to start vehicle?

hello, I am getting fuel to the intake with good fuel pressure but for some reason,no fuel is getting to the spark plugs. Do the injectors have a hidden fuse? is there a fuel rail on this car that could be clogged? Where the fuel line connects to the manafold, I can disconnect the fuel line and there is fuel pressure, but none gets past that point--hmmm- any suggestions?1989 cav,4 cy

maybe a bad ground to the injectors? or a problem in the computer?
