cruise control dosn't work on my 01 tribute i've checked the fuses which are ok is there a commmon problem with this part anybody got any tips on how to fix it

Is the cable attached at the throttle body?

Mine broke and required that I do a repair to it.

Hopefully you got it fixed by now.
