Just passed emissions 00 gx but have ?'s

The last time I took my car to get emissions tested 2yrs ago it failed. Because when I scanned it said ''Not All On-Board Readiness Tests Are Complete'' and it didn't even have the CEL on, but around that time I put in a new battery. It was a mess I had to get a certified mechanic to take it to them and pass it, he said the car was perfect just don't disconnect the battery and let the ECU recalibrate as its driven. I just easily passed emissions like it was nothing but before i went to emissions I scanned the car and it said ''On-Board Readiness Tests Are Complete''. But the tests I ran are exactly what they saw. So this is what my car read and I want to know if your Intrigue's read the same more or less?
