Squeal at Start up

02 Villager - just replaced the timing belt and decided to replace all the FEAD belts as well. Now we get a very loud squeal when starting the engine. It will go away after 5-10 seconds. I have narrowed it down to the A/C fead system. I can't tell if it's the belt, the idler or the A/C compressor clutch. I've tried adjusting the belt tension. Took the belt off & it looked like the edges were showing some wear. Squeal went away for a while but is back now. Can't understand why the squeal would only happen for a few seconds at start up if the belt were slipping.

Anyone have any ideas?
