How does one remove the yellow srs plug fron the fuse block on a 1996 accord? Figured it out!

Next Question....I am trying to reset the srs to make the light go out. I have read on this site that in order to do this remove this yellow plug from the fuse block and then run a jumper across the plug and then turn the ignition on without starting the engine (lights only). The srs light is supposed to go out in 6 seconds but does not. Any Suggestions!

Also...will this car pass inspection if this light remains on (New York) Thanks
