My original post was accidentally deleted while attempting to edit. Due to frustration I simply entered "problem solved" I requested the mod delete this post which obviously has not been done to this point.

So as not to leave a bad post hanging out here, I'll recap my original post.

<I cannot find a Vise-Grip with a hammer attachment as the directions from APN say to use to remove the old EGR tube sleeve from the lower intake manifold with the upper intake I bought from them. I called around after trying to use a large needle nose pliers with no luck. Anybody know where I can find one of these or is this a homemade deal? I tried replacing the bolt in the vise-grip with a longer one to make something suitable but the thread must be proprietary.>

I wound up just clamping the Vise-Grip to the old EGR tube sleeve and was able to tap on the jaws to get it out. It's not pressed in all that tight.

I used bad judgment in this post earlier & I apologize...Maybe now this post will help somebody else.

OFF WITH HIS HEAD!!!
