Ok. I am working on a 92 galant for my stepdaughter. AC is not working. hit the switch and the light comes on but the compressor does not turn. the system was low so we added freon and never got the compressor to turn until we jumpered the compressor to the battery. The compressor sounds and cools great but the fan for the condenser doesn't run. Is there a simple problem we are overlooking here? Any help is much appreciated.

oh yeah, and checked all the relays and fuses under hood.
