Can anywhere tell me where the horn is actually located in the lumina? trying to get a saftey for my 1999 Lumina LS and the only thing stopping me is fixing the horn and I already checked the fuses....thinking it's the actual horn itself.

Welcome to AF, they are up above the rt ft fender wheel house liner, almost up inside the bumper cover, remove the front of the liner for access, a PITA to get to.
