Can anywhere tell me where the horn is actually located in the lumina? trying to get a saftey for my 1999 Lumina LS and the only thing stopping me is fixing the horn and I already checked the fuses....thinking it's the actual horn itself.:headshake

Welcome to AF, they are up above the rt ft fender wheel house liner, almost up inside the bumper cover, remove the front of the liner for access, a PITA to get to.
