99 Contour SE Cant remove A/C Line?

Does anyone know how to remove the low pressure A/C line in a 99 Contour SE? I bought the tool from autozone to slide in behind it, but that doesn't fit lol... Am I missing something?

why would you remove the line? What is this tool you speak of do?
