stretchout

the screen comes on but i only see the word cd and some Jap letters. Also nothing is selecting on the deck I cant swith from radio to cd or anything like that. Only the power and the volume responds everything else don't. i do not have a cd i dont know where to get one. the cd player is just below the air condition controls, ive tried an audio cd in it and nothing. by the way can my screen show DVD if i connec a DVD player. i hear the system in the pajero io is pretty usful so i must not throw it away. I know some of the features dont work in Jamaica where i am. But even the cd player i love to get that to work. HELP
