Cold air intakes and exhausts are always a nice start. More air flow usually equals more speed.

To be brutally honest, the ST and its 1.6 were not built for any kind of speed whatsoever, and short of a bottle or forced induction, you won't get it.
That being said, the GT and GT-S with the 5SFE weren't built for speed either.
