My boss drives an 02 Cobra, that's been to Anderson Ford for performance upgrades and dyno tuning more times than i can count on my hands. He usually gives me crap ocassionally about being a Subaru owner, and i know his car has more power than mine, which is fine. Well sunday after my old mans car show he puts on, i followed my boss home in the scoob, when we got out of town we finally got a red light with plenty of open road on the highway.

I look over at him and he's got this shit eating grin on his face like "i'm about to wipe the floor with you"... Light turns green and picture this, me putting bus lengths on him while he's spinning and raising all hell with his smokey burnout, by the time he got traction it was all over, there was no hope of him catching me.

What good is bragging about power if you can't put it to the ground and use it right? NONE...

Ask him if he wants to go from a 60 punch?

That's understood he'd take me from a roll, but i had to turn around and head back into town, next time i get him alone in his car we'll make a few "spirited" runs on the highway. I really do wanna know how i handle against him from a 60 roll.

a guy on xbox live "MadeinDetroit" for those of you that want to flame him, was bragging about his jeep that put down 600whp and ran 12's. I told him my car could run 10's or better with that much power and the jeep community should be ashamed to be associated with him.

Traction and winning races in that first 1/8 or 1/16 mile of a race determine most of what happens after that. So, he'd have to have gotten some serious traction and put down some serious power to have caught you... Have you talked to him since to find out what his ricer excuse is?
