Hey, I have the anti-theft radio program identification card containing the code and the serial number, however when I enter it, it does not work. I got the car used so im not sure if the car matches the radio. The s/no on the radio itself is different than the card. I can provide you with both if only you can help me unlock it, maybe some sort of directions. Thanks for your time in advance.

Any BMW dealer can give you the correct code if you provide the VIN if that does not work there is another procedure of putting ke in ignition ,turning key to on (not start) turning radio on and letting her sit that way for one hour (I think this is correct but if not someone here can correct me).
