1/4 guess with new mods

So last season i ran 14.5@94mph, since then i've installed 1.6 roller rockers, msd 8.5mm wires, lakewood lower control arms, B&M shift improvement kit, KYB GR2 shocks and i've up the timing and am running different jets on my carb. Car feels faster, think i can run a 13.9@97mph?

Just want to add that the 14.5@94 was on stock timing, kickdown cable is messed up so car shifted slow, and it was warm that day.
