A/C Condensate Drain

I have a '99 Ranger 4.0L with air conditioning. Do you know if there is condensate drain tube coming out of the evaporator sump. If there is, where is it. Normally, when parked after running the A/C there is a small puddle of water under the car but I have not seen this in mine. Some A/C systems I understand have a heater to evaporate the condensation instead of letting it drip.
