1995 buick lesabre air conditioning clutch

Can I replace the bearings in a 1995 buick lesabre air conditioning clutch without loosing the refrigerant? If so how I can find a good diagram on this area. I believe the bearings are bad.

Do you mean the pulley bearing, if so yes, but a special puller /installer is required to get the pulley off. Try autozone.com, repair guides for info.

Those compressors are also prone to clutch rattle from inadequate tension on the release springs. You can try to reform the flat springs to see if that is the problem.
