I've been kicking around the idea of buying a 2-3 inch lift kit and doing it myself. I have been picking the brains of guys at local shops that do this. They claim the S10s are a pain.

Is this that tough? These pros claim a 2-3 inch lift done properly takes about 8 hours, and a 5-6 inch lift takes about 12 hours. And thats with all the right tools, lift, etc.

Anybody out there (who has done a 2-3 inch lift properly) who can offer
your 2 cents on the subject?
