I'm at a loss. The key will not do anything except start the car. The original key didn't come with it. The locks are frozen in the locked position. The windows/sunroof will not work either. I'm out in the sticks and this is a project car. Anyone have any ideas about what needs to be done besides taking it to someone??

check your fuses sounds like security issue

Yea. Mostly fuse related issues I suppose or bit of a lose wire at either end.
