99 Neon R/T

I have found a 89 or an 88 Dodge Shelby Lancer.I am trying to find anyone out there who knows a little about these lil cars.I checked and it is a true shelby.The guy wantrs 400 bucks for it.It supposidly has a fresh rebuilt motor but the fuel pump is bad in it.The body is in really decent shape,faded paint is all i can really see.The interior is faded as well and the headliner is falling.I was just wanting to find any info on if it is even worth messin with or not.If it is I would sure like to know where I can find some performance parts for it.Please any help would really be appreciated.Thanks in advance.
