Injector pulse width?

'98 G/A 2.4L M/T

I'm fiddling around with a device that is supposed to give better gas mileage (I got to 37 MPG, but with drivability problems when cold), and I'm having a bit of trouble with it. If someone has the 2.4 L with a manual trans, could you please check the injector pulse width both at idle and at 55 mph in 5th gear on level ground? I'd like to know what it should be, but I really don't want to disconnect it to check the non-modified pulse width because I installed it next to the PCM, and my back has been killing me lately so I really don't want to subject my spine to that kind of twisting
