2001 Tribute EGR DPFS

Tribute V-6,100,000 miles. I have a part # 1F7220302 ( Given by a dealership) but the item description is for a 4cyl on the parts people website.
Is this part number
correct or does another # exist for a V-6. My original part # on the vehicle right now is YFIE-9J460-AC but that # does not work on the Mazda Parts People Website either. Anyone have any info on this sensor for a Tribute V-6. Thanks. I've also heard part # 4U7Z-9J460-AA would work but it also is described as for a 4cyl. on the Ford Parts Website. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Re: 2001 Tribute EGR DPFS

I wrote several posts about this:

http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=752668

I had three in seven years put in. Mine is a V-6 ES.

P/N 4U7Z-9J460-AA was purchased online and fixed the problem.

Re: 2001 Tribute EGR DPFS

Thanks for your info. I just talked to a internet parts manager at Online Mazda Parts and he said thate part # 1F7220302 was the latest # for that EGR Feedback Sensor and it was for a V-6 and many other models also. It is the most current sensor. I had read your previous posts and really appreciate your insight. I just needed some clarification. Thanks. By the way, Part cost me $47.
