Question GA starts but but stalls after CPS replacement

I replaced bad cam sensor with new one and car starts right up but, It stalls within a couple of secs? It didnt start at all before so the sensor was bad. Am i missing somenthing? And i would like to bleed my abs brakes any help with the correct procedure would be helpful. I heard that you have to bleed them with it running?

Re: GA starts but but stalls after CPS replacement

What lead you to think the cam sensor was bad in the first place ?

If thier were trouble codes present, usualy they would need cleared after the repairs.

THough it sounds like thier are other problems present...

You do not need the car running to bleed the brakes.
Start bleeding from right rear, left front, left rear, right front.

Re: GA starts but but stalls after CPS replacement

Also when was the last time your fuel filter was changed ?
Might get your fuel pressure checked too, should be 41-47 PSI.

Either of those could cause it to start then die with in seconds.

Even a clogged air filter could cause simular problems.

Hope that helps.
