OBD 2 code 0327 on my 2004 Impala 3.4

Hi everyone,
The code 0347 sets immediately after I clear it. I have no knocks in the engine and it is running fine. The car is a 2004 Impala (65.000 miles) with a 3.4 L engine. I am wondering if I should change the knock sensor or if something else could cause this code to set. Where is the sensor located on a 3.4. Any info is appreciated.
Thanks,
John

Check this link. ttp://service.gm.com/gmspo/mode6/pdf/2004/2004file4.pdfk this link, also you will need to check the wires to the knock sensor and possibly do a full scan to confirm the problem.

Hi,
The link above is not working (no Page found). I will check the wiring and if it looks ok I'll change the knock sensor. Thanks for the info.
