Bad surge .... any ideas ???

:banghead: 1996 F-150 XLT 5.0 E40D tranny ..... I have a bad surge problem when in gear but not when in park or nuetler .... I put a new throtle sensor on and checked the vac lines .... Does anyone have any ideas ?
