Still Feeling Powerless??

ive still fail to find why my blazer feels powerless heres what ive have done so far...

-New Fuel filter
-Air filter
-Cleaned EGR
-Cleaned MAF
-Got fuel injectors cleaned
-Got Full Tranny Flush (checked fluid again to see or smell if it where burnt)

Theres no service engine light on and never has been. if i give it gas(even alot) it sounds and feels as though im letting go of the gas for a second? becomes powerless..comes back.. Anything else besides a tune up or plugged cat.? that could do this? (could either of those 2 even do that?)

WHich engine and year vehicle??

Check for fuel pressure with a fuel gauge. Autozone or other parts stores do rent them for a deposit and when returned you get deposit back. Harbor greight has e inexpensive on otherwise about 40 bucks.

Tape to windshield someway and test drive watching pressure and post back.

the info on my blazer it below... no part store had one to rent. i bought one for 36.99. tested it and my fuel pressure is good... it doesnt spudder or hesitate. but shifting from first to second and second to third it feels and sounds as thought im letting go of the gas. it doesnt feel as though the tranny is slipping. idk what the deal is but and more advise would be great. thank you tempfixit

Re: Still Feeling Powerless??

What pressure did you get?
Did it hold that holds that pressure for a few minutes?

Fuel pressure is to low.

MT2500 explains it best in this thread: read #3 post

Follow MT's directions and post readings.

Go to the Free Online Service Manual including TSB and RECALL thread. should be just before this thread. It will give you a picture of location and procedure to remiove and install fuel pressure regulator under the upper intake.

hope this helps
