IMO 2003 when assembly went from Kansas to North to Oshawa, Canada. But too bad the 2 door coupe was discontinued in 2002. True the PShift and ACC were discontinued but a PCM and wiring mod will bring PShift back like in the '00 and prior models. No great loss on the ACC.
Other than speculation, I don't think there is a best year for the '00-'02 range but like any used car thoroughly check it out before purchasing.
