So I'm still considering getting my hands on a GTP coupe (and just keeping the GT I traded for) but I'm wondering what year from '00-'02 was the best year for the GTPs?? I know GM took the "performance" shift and auto climate control feature off after '00 and changed a few things here and there through the years so I wanted to ask the experts. Thanks in advance!

IMO 2003 when assembly went from Kansas to North to Oshawa, Canada. But too bad the 2 door coupe was discontinued in 2002. True the PShift and ACC were discontinued but a PCM and wiring mod will bring PShift back like in the '00 and prior models. No great loss on the ACC. :grinno:

Other than speculation, I don't think there is a best year for the '00-'02 range but like any used car thoroughly check it out before purchasing.
