98' Jimmy Wind shield wiper problems

Wipers sometimes work and some not...got to looking at the motor and wiring and noticed the black box that the plug goes into thats mounted on the box that goes to the wiper assembly is loose........my question is there a way to tighten this or is it all one piece. They work if a can put alot of pressure on it. Sorry if this is confusing about as good desciption as it gets.

Most auto parts stores have the wiper pulse module in stock. Easy job to replace. The solder joints break on the board, some people have had luck re-soldering them. I usually just replace it, if it screws up, it's got a lifetime warranty and you get a new one free!
