I have an 04 cavalier, 4 speed manual, that does the same thing but only when the AC is on. I got a diagnostics check and they told me I had a fuel pressure regulator leak and might want to get my fuel injectors cleaned along with a new fuel filter.
Got the new pressure regulator, still stalls out when going low speeds or stopping if AC is on.
anyone?

Replace the fuel filter..they are cheap and should be changed every 25k miles....but I dont think that is the problem.....IAC....Idle Air Control ... this must be a BIG design fault with GM...I see alot of posting everywhere on people having Idle problems at low speeds.
Very few people really understand how this really work...I dont know either.....But what I do is ....
1. make sure it is not bad.... electrical resistance check.
2. take it out and clean it and the TB also...with a TB cleaner.
3. Make sure I don't have any Vaccum leaks....
4. Use Seafoam in the gas at least once a month.
Maybe there is an expert on this Forum that can post a "stickie" on what to really do for this type of issue.
