Angry theft system mess.

i own a 1999 chevy cavalier rally sport the theft system was reset already once by a local dealership and im still having problems with it shutting down after i crank it up. the theft system light blinks and then stays on. after it was reset it ran for one day before it start again. i ask if it could be disabled and still in the process keep the car able to run he told me it had something to do with the computer ? and it needed to be replaced .can it be disabled? getting fustrated at this point and my wife and i have only this one car to get us back and fourth to work,

help me somone.........
