I just got a JDM D15B Vtec. some one told me if I wanted performance valves, springs. retainer, & cams I had to change to a D16Z6 head. Is this true? If not were do I find the parts I'd love to have?

Depends on which JDM D15B engine you have. If it's the '92-'95 JDM D15b, then your stock head is already the same as the D16Z6 head, so you would just buy parts for that head.
