Thumbs down 95 corsica shaking hard at start up then dies.

while driving one day the car ran smooth then stalled . tried to restart ,it would start but motor shook whole car.had to get it towed home.after letting it completly cool off ,it would start but shook whole car and shut off after 5 min. of running. doese anyone know what would cause this.

If you have had any luck best thing is to try and get any codes pulled that would be stored, as that would make it easier to start with. Possible items include EGR valve, massive air leak, failing injector(s), MAP / MAF sensor, depending on which you have, coil(s) or ignition module , and possibly the ECM itself, among other possible problems. It sounds like it is missing badly if shaking. Is it a 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder?
