1994 Clutch Master Cylindarjet64155 03-21-2008, 04:48 PM We have replaced the clutch, master cylinder, and slave cylinder tube in a 94 Ranger. Everything is together, but, the end of the tube that goes in to the slave WILL NOT go in!!!!! When we were pushing it in we were expecting to hear the click, but it went in with no click and wouldn't come out by pulling. When we were bleeding the hydraulic line the thing popped out and we can't get it back in. Any ideas?????:banghead: BlackTeg98 04-26-2008, 08:23 PM there is a tool for that i used a flathead screw driver. its a little tricky. it wont make a snap noise. you might have air in there now. your just going to have to try everything. have someone push the clutch in and put the fitting back in, put the plastic thing on the line first and try to put it in then. those suck, you have to gravity bleed them. i just had someone pumping the clutch then hold it in and then id crack the bleeder loose. it could take 5 min or 5 hours. u never know. i did it in my truck its terrable jet64155 05-04-2008, 04:10 PM Thanks Ghost, I think I may need to bleed it again. Did you have to remove the master cylindar to bleed it? vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
